PeerJ Appointed Professor ZHANG Zhang An Academic Editor

Recently, Professor ZHANG Zhang, a professor in “100-Talent” Program of CAS, Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has been appointed as an academic editor for the journal PeerJ. PeerJ is an open access peer-reviewed scientific journal covering research in the biological and medical sciences. It is published by a company which was co-founded by Peter Binfield (formerly at PLOS ONE) and Jason Hoyt (formerly at Mendeley).

Prof. ZHANG Zhang works in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. He is also an academic editor of PLoS ONE, associate editor-in-Chief of Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics, review editor of Frontiers in Statistical Genetics and Methodology, and reviewer of many high reputational journals.
