Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics (GPB, ISSN 1672-0229, CN 11-4926/Q) has been selected for coverage in Science Citation Index Expanded and Journal Citation Reports/Science Edition of Clarivate Analytics, as informed in a recent email from Clarivate, . Information on articles published in GPB since 2015 can be found in Web of Science (WoS) core selection.

GPB is the official journal of Beijing Institute of Genomics (BIG), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and Genetics Society of China (GSC), which is a gold Open Access journal published bimonthly by Elsevier and Science Press. Focused on reporting the latest research progress in omics and bioinformatics, GPB welcomes high-quality submissions from all over the world on the topics of omics and bioinformatics in various article types, such as review, original research, protocol, method, application note, resource review, research highlight, news and views, as well as perspective and historical note. Submissions on high-throughput sequencing based large-scale data acquisition, analysis, integration, storage, and application are of special interest to GPB. GPB aims to report frontier research and provide useful tools to the international community.
