Russian Scientist Eugene Vysotski Visits BIG
Russian scientist Prof. Eugene Vysotski, from Institute of Biophysics, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, visited Beijing Institute of Genomics (BIG) on November 1, 2010.
Prof. Vysotski first visited the platforms and laboratories of BIG and then communicated with researchers of the institute. LI Junxiong, vice director of BIG, attented the meeing and discussed for cooperation issues of both sides.
The Institute of Biophysics of the Russian Academy of Sciences was founded in 1981 and has been well known for the researches in biophysics of supra-organism systems. Prof. Vysotski is an expert in photobiology and has published over 20 articles in international journals.
