Introduction 

Our group focuses on bioinformatics big data, engaging in the development of bioinformatics tools and methodologies, the integration and mining of multi-omics data, and the construction of bioinformatics databases, while also developing AI large models and intelligent agents for bioinformatics data analysis.

About Group Leader

ZHAO Wenming graduated from Beihang University in 2008 in Computer Science, and then joined the Beijing Institute of Genomics (BIG) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to engage in research on bioinformatics and big data. He led the establishment of the Genomics Science Archive (GSA), a biological omics data archiving system, which has become the largest public platform for biological data storage and management in China. GSA has been selected as the "Global Core Biological Data Resource", He published more than 60 papers, and he won the Excellent Scientific Paper Award of the 8th Excellent Scientific Paper Selection Plan of the China Association for Science and Technology.
